• Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide (like a display name).
• Usage data. We collect information about how you use the Site — pages visited, tests attempted, time spent — through Google Analytics (Firebase GA4).
• Cookies and identifiers. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (like remembering your progress as an anonymous visitor before you sign up) and, where you’ve consented, for analytics and advertising purposes.

We use collected information to operate and improve the Site, personalize your experience (like tracking your practice progress if you’re logged in), communicate with you if you contact us, and serve relevant advertising.

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Google AdSense — for displaying advertisements
• Google Analytics (Firebase) — for understanding site usage
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — for optional push notifications, if you opt in

If you have an account, we keep your account information and your practice history for as long as the account exists. You can ask us to delete both at any time through our Contact page, and we will act on it within 30 days.

If you practise without an account, your attempts are linked to an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie on your device, not to you. That cookie expires a year after it is first set, and clearing your browser’s cookies removes it sooner. Once it is gone, the attempts it pointed at can no longer be connected to you — including by us.

Messages you send us through the Contact page are kept so that we can reply and so that we have a record of any correction we make to the Site as a result.

PrepMint is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us through our Contact page to make a request.

We respond to requests about your personal information within 30 days of receiving them. If we need more information from you to identify your records — for example, the email address you practised under — we will ask for it within that window.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
